Q: Ho w often do I get paid?
A: Reliable Nursing Solutions pays weekly. Your check can be mailed, picked up or sent Direct Deposit for your convenience.
Q:  Do you have a referral bonus plan?
A: Yes. We offer a sign-on as well as a referral bonus.
Q: What happens if the facility cancels after I arrive for work?
A: The facility is contracted to pay for four (4) hours minimum, and they have the option to either have the nurse work for those four (4) hours or send them home.
Q: How do I apply for a job with Reliable Nursing Solutions?
A: You may exercise one of the following:
1) Download and fax your Application. See application/forms page
2) Request we e-mail you an application packet.
3) Request we mail via United States Postal Mail an application packet, or
4) You can visit us in our office and fill out the application packet.
Q: Do you pay overtime?
A: YES, Overtime is paid daily after the first 8 hours of each shift.
Q: How soon can I begin work once the application is processed?
A: We usually have you approved and ready to work with 3 to 4 working days.
Employee Policies
1.Phone lines are open 24/7, 365 days. Office hours from 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday to Friday, with a staffing coordinator available after 4:30 pm and weekends. If you have any concerns or problems that might affect your work performance, notify Reliable Nursing Solutions, Inc immediately.
2.Must maintain a current license at all times; otherwise you will not be able to work.
3.Must maintain creditionals pretaining to your licensure at all times. Reliable Nursing Solutions Inc can assist you in locating CEU classes.
4.Must wear photo ID nametag to all assignments.
5.Be on Time!!! If you are late call us, otherwise prescheduling privileges will not be applied to employees who are consistently late. No call and No show may be an automatic termination.
6.Late Cancellation Guidelines: 2 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a shift. If you do not cancel within the time period or do not show up for your scheduled shift, 2 hours will be deducted from your paycheck. If a facility sends you home early, a (4) hour minimum will be paid.
7.Reliable Nursing Solutions Inc will confirm or cancel you (2) hours before the start of each scheduled shift.
8.Payroll: Work week is Sunday through Saturday. Paychecks are dated Fridays. Reliable Nursing Solutions Inc. offers the following options: direct deposit, Mail, or pick-up.
9.Holiday Rates: Actual holidays vary from facility to facility please call us for the paid holiday schedule for each facility.
