Registry Requirements

  • Photo ID
  • California License (RN, LVN, C NA, RCP)
  • Current CPR 2 year provider card from American Heart
  • All that apply: ACLS, PALS, NALS, NRP, etc.
  • Your immunization record ( MMR – Varicella – Rubeola-T-Dap-Flu Shot or Declination) Titers are required for most assignments.
  • Your Medical Information (TB, PPD, Physical within last year)
  • Current Drug Screen – must be 10 panel + alcohol (Reliable sends you for this)
  • 6 months to 1 Year of Acute Care Experience for Hospital Assignments
  • Background Check upon Hirenursekids
